Wolves & People Farmhouse Brewery
Built in an historic 1912 barn on Springbrook Hazelnut Farm just east of Newberg, Wolves & People Farmhouse Brewery is a traditional farmhouse operation dedicated to making innovative styles of beer using farm-grown, local-, and high quality traditional ingredients. Inspired especially by Belgian breweries but also German, British, and Scandinavian traditions, Wolves & People's beers are brewed using pure, untreated Parrett Mountain spring water, and come in an array of styles and flavors, from crisp pilsners to food-friendly saisons, rich stouts, and innovative barrel-aged beers. With a tasting room, expansive outdoor beer garden, and indoor seating inside the rustic barn, W&P has gained national notice for its well-made brews and warm hospitality. We are proud to be the first farmhouse and Belgian-style brewery in the region outside Portland, and one of Oregon's first true farmhouse breweries. Founder Christian DeBenedetti is a Newberg native and studied brewing around the world on a post-graduate fellowship before becoming a successful travel and beer writer, launching the brewery buildout in 2014, opening the doors in May 2016.
