A strengths-based approach to business allows you to take a deep dive into
- Why do you like what you like
- How your talents influence your leadership style
- How your talents drive or stall your work
- The language that describes your unique contribution to a team, your family, and relationships
In this 2-hour workshop, you'll discover how to use your individual strengths to succeed by doing what you naturally do. During this process, you will gain an appreciation for what makes you unique while learning how to manage barriers or blindspots. You will leave this session with a deep understanding of how you are wired so you can aim your strengths to become more successful in your relationships inside (and outside) of the workplace.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:
Amanda Bedell is the founder of BCC Business Consulting, where she helps business owners who have grown quickly or are stalled in sales write themselves bigger paychecks and take vacations without cash flow anxiety or endless calls from staff. One of the tools she uses in growth companies is CliftonStrengths where she has grown teams from zero to 30 and beyond.
Previous to founding BCC Business Consulting, Amanda spent over 18 years in the marketing and public relations fields working with multi-million dollar organizations and in the entertainment industry. In between, she built a bakery business from a farmers market booth to a brick-and-mortar and manufacturing facility employing 15 people. Her intimate knowledge from scaling a business merged with her marketing and communication experience creates a holistic approach to building a business. Her work centers around employee relations, efficiency systems, and marketing strategy.
