ALAN CLONINGER, CPC, will share “Understanding Your Bird Personality & Communication Style”, a presentation that dives into personality types uncovered in DISC assessments - a behavioral self-assessment tool that categorizes people into four personality traits: dominance, influence, steadiness and conscientiousness. Mr. Cloninger’s presentation will focus on understanding each of the four different personality styles and how they interact with each other. The presentation is intended to help people better understand their own communication style and how it is received by others, while also helping them understand how other styles might impact them.
