Events Coordinator/ Assistant Manager A little about us. Serendipity Ice Cream has been a staple in the heart of downtown McMinnville for over 24 years. It was started as a training ground for adults with developmental disabilities. It has been run as a for profit business since August of 2020. In 2022 catering was added with a mobile unit that is a converted horse trailer. Now we have 3 mobile units and have several self serve units for catering. The catering side of the business has grown very fast
