About Us
Chehalem Property Management, LLC, offers residential property management services and is one of the largest independently-owned companies of its kind in the area. Our territory is expanding and ranges from the upper Willamette Valley (McMinnville and Newberg areas), south Washington County, NW Marion County, and even SE Clackamas County. We seek dependable tenants to place in single- and multi-family dwellings owned by investors and individuals. Typically, we manage and lease properties long-term (one year or more), however, we aim to be flexible within that model to accommodate other owner needs. 2/7/20 Update: We have recently opened an office location at 1900 Highway 99W, Suite G, McMinnville, OR 97128. This is currently staffed by appointment only, however, we do accept payments in the dropbox located in the rear parking lot.
