About Us
The Community Wellness Collective amplifies shared community values. We are voices united in connection and love to create bridges to mental health and addiction services in Yamhill County.
Community Wellness Collective was formed in 2018 in response to an increase in mental health and substance abuse and support for social determinants of health needs. Through our program areas, the CWC serves groups of people who are at a higher risk of experiencing adverse health, social and economic outcomes, including families and women with children, the elderly, individuals experiencing homelessness, substance abuse and mental health needs, victims of domestic violence, minority & ethnic groups, LGBTQ+ community.
