About Us

I live in the country on an old farm that has been in my family for over 150 years. It is a beautiful feeling to know my children are playing in the same dirt and climbing the same trees I did when I was young. I have three; three chickens (children, I have 10 actual chickens). My husband is my solidity, he keeps me grounded. Plus he puts up with my random whims. Everything about my family makes my life better.

I fell into photography as a child when my dad gave me a camera. I felt pretty special receiving this gift. I love the raw nature of photography and the creativity it spurs within me. I love that there is no right or wrong way to create; yet the way we individually create is what sets us apart. I want to create images with emotion, movement, and connection. I hope I continue to grow and learn as an artist. The day I feel I have nothing left to learn is the day I should stop.
