Shannon's passion is to encourage people to welcome challenges, rise from failures and mistakes, and rebuild with perpetual hope, kindness, compassion and resiliency. She’s driven to volunteer, particularly for non-profits, and believes we all have the ability and opportunity to help marginalized individuals survive, thrive and pivot, even when we don’t have to, aren’t being financially compensated and, many times, are without recognition. Shannon has a knack for connecting personal development with better networking and profitable results. It’s never ONLY business, but a combination of relationship development, thoughtful networking, people skills, focus on the long-term effect and (though it’s cheesy) dreaming BIG.
